Novacso operates under Novacso LLC and sells gothic-style rings and related jewelry products online.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your shipping, billing, and contact details.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, or other legitimate reasons.
Prices, product descriptions, and promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate.
Orders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or the payment providers available at checkout.
By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
Novacso LLC does not store your full credit or debit card information on its own systems.
If a payment cannot be authorized or completed, the order may be cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within an estimated 5 to 15 days, depending on the destination and other circumstances.
Delivery estimates may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Novacso LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Eligible returns for change of mind or incorrect size may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
Items must generally be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene, customization, or other legitimate reasons.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to change of mind or incorrect size.
